Fang: James's Patterson's new book

The book is called "Fang" and this is what it's about.
Max and the Flock are flying high over Africa, but this time they're not alone. A sky full of cargo planes accompanies the team as they bring much-needed aid to the continent's poverty stricken regions. Among the volunteers is the mission's benefactor--the mysterious billionaire, Dr. Hans Gunther-Hagen. Max is intrigued by his generosity, but there's also something about him--and his intense scrutiny of the Flock--that makes her nervous.

But Dr. Hans isn't the only puzzling thing about their trip. The Flock also receives a cryptic message from a young girl, who tells them, "The sky will fall." Max and the Flock are ready to return home, still unable to make sense of her statement. But the surprises don't end with their departure, and something unbelievably momentous shakes up the Flock--pushing Max and Fang closer than ever. Will the team be able to stick together through the chaos?

sounds fine but like his last book"max" it sounds crapy but once you read it, you love it.

I know that this website is all about Maximum Ride but for all of you Twilight/Maximum Ride fans I putting the Twilight:New Moon exclusive on here. You all might have already seen it on the MTV music awards or On-Line but I just wanted to put it on here. There's no real news of The Maximum Ride movie or the book.

The maximum ride movie should come out some time in 2010. Most likely all of the characters will be people we have never heard of before. Well at least that's what James Patterson says. Don Payne will be writing the script for the movie. Which he has also written the screenplays for 15 of the Simpsons episodes, Rise of the Silver Surfer, and too many more to list. The producer is going to be Avi Arad and he has also done all of the Spider-Man movies, Iron Man, Fantastic Four, Ghost Rider, and a lot more. So I think the effects for this movie are going to be pretty awesome. Now the director is Catherine Hardwicke. Okay this is just my opinion she should've taken a break from sci-fi and fantasy after Twilight turned out to be so bad. So that's all I know for know I'll write more when I have more info.

Bad news is on it's way(unfortunately). They are thinking about some Disney characters to play as the main roles in the movie(ugggghhh times a million). Disney characters shouldn't be in the movie(just saying). They don't really know how to act tough and sarcastic because they're not all of those things. Anyway i found the coolest pictures and drawings of The flock. I'm making a slide show since yesterday and today ,so hope you all like it. Also please give some suggestions on the characters for the movie. I and lots of others would really like to hear what you think. Up and away. Bye

Hey all of you Maximum Ride fans out there. Any news or updates about the book or movie will be here. For starters the new Maximum Ride book,Max, was awesome,personally. Now for the big news. If you are a Maximum Ride/Twilight fan you should pay attention. If you liked Twilight the movie you'll love this if you loved the book and hated the movie then this will suck for you. Anyway, Catherine Hardwicke is directing Maximum Ride the movie. It's was officially released that she would be directing the movie March 19. So, this shall be very interesting. Now,personally, I totally loved Twilight (the book of course) but they could not have screwed up the movie ANY more! The acting was horrible, the casting was completely messed up, and it really didn't follow the storyline well. Basically... if the person who directed Twilight does Maximum Ride... it will be a total joke! She vill now destroy de sniker bazs!
